A. VESSEL

1. Capacity: 1350 cubic feet - 3 hoppers.

2. Tank Construction:Smooth exterior, internal rings. 5454-H32 aluminum vessel, 45 degree hopper slope with weld-on spun cones. HUCK riveted Aluminum end frames with aluminum cross-members. Frames HUCK riveted to vessel and equipped with steel struts.

3. Interior Welds: Class I

4. Manholes: Two Knappco HD 20" cast aluminum covers, pressure type with 6 cam actuated adjustable hold-downs, black Buna-N gaskets in cover. Replaceable wear plates under hold downs. One stainless steel cover retainer per manhole. Manhole hinged on street side.

5. Shell Finish: Mill finish

6. Baffles: None.

7. Documentation: Unit pressure tested. Professional cleaning is recommended prior to initial loading to avoid possible contamination of cargo, 125 degrees maximum operating temperature.

B. TANK FITTINGS & PIPING

1. Air Inlet Line: 3" aluminum line with THREADED 3" adapter at street side front of tank (1) Knappco swing spring check valve near PTO inlet, (1) Knappco swing spring check valve near #1 hopper valve.

2. Aeration: Solimar aeration system with 3" aluminum air manifold routed down curbside to rear plant site. 2" hoses supplying air to 3 aerators per hopper with hopper savers.

3. Prop/Pres Ctl Valve: (1) ULTRAFLO 3" fig. 400, aluminum body butterfly valve (aluminum/bronze disc, white Nitrile seat) located roadside

to regulate air flow.

4. Blow-Down Line: 3" aluminum with (1) 3" ULTRAFLO, fig. 400, aluminum-body butterfly valve (aluminum/bronze disc, white Nitrile seat) 15 P.S.I. relief valve

5. Top Air Line: 3" aluminum with (1) 3" Ultraflo fig. 400, aluminum body butterfly valve (aluminum bronze disc, white nitril seat)

6. Product Valves: 5" ULTRAFLO fig. 390 butterfly, aluminum body, iron disc, white Nitrile seat, operated from street side with cast aluminum handle.

7. Product Tee: 5"Cast aluminum, non-gravity, for 4" line.

8. Product Line: 4" schedule 40 aluminum line with SHORT HOSE SECTION connectors between hoppers.

9. Rear Discharge Line: 4" schedule 40 aluminum, under axles to rear of trailer, with threaded adapter and cap.

10.Gauges: Two 4" liquid filled, one tank, one line, with light located street side in box forward of tandem. Gauge pressure range 0-30 PSI.

C. ACCESSORIES

1. Ladder: Aluminum, EXTREME rear WITH WALKWAY, serrated rungs with grab handles at top step.

2. Hose Tubes: One 8" x 21' aluminum with cast aluminum rear door, located at curbside.

3. Walkway: Skid-resistant adhesive tape between toe rails.

4. Tire Carrier: None.

5. Fenders: Aluminum double contour on rear, single contour at front.

6. Splash Guard: Black anti-sail mud flaps, SEP standard.

7. Lights: 12V system to FMVSS 108 including conspicuity tape each side. Truck Lite LED lamp system. Combination mid-tank clearance and turn signal light. Hi-mounted third stop light rear center of tandem.

8. Wiring: 12V system, 7 wire, molded conduit throughout, 7 way ATA connector. Aluminum light box at rear (2).

9. Hose Holder: PTO hose holder at nose.

10.Cabinet: None.

D. CHASSIS

1. Upper Fifth Wheel: 5/16" hi-tensile steel adjustable in 1-1/2" increments 2" forged pin

2. Skid Plate: None.

3. Landing Legs: Binkley model #51000 2 speed, street side crank, 50,000 lb. with sandshoes.

4. Suspension: Intraax AANT 23K AIR RIDE.

5. Springs: None, Air bags

6. Brake System: Standard steel (1) tank system meeting FMVSS 121 requirements with Rockwell Q-style (quick change) 16-1/2" x 7" S-cam brakes. Phillips "Quick Release" glad hand on service line. Rockwell Wabco Easy Stop 4S/2M antilock brake system. Constant power is standard on auxiliary (blue) circuit of SAE J560 7 way.

7. Brake Chamber: MGM 30-30 parking/emergency long stroke spring brake with stroke alert feature.

8. Brake Lining: Abex 3030-197 non-asbestos lining.

9. Slack Adjuster: Meritor automatic slack adjuster.

10.Axles: 71 1/2", straight axle, tapered spindles

11.Oil Seals: Stemco, visible caps, leather seal.

12.Paint: Gray DuPont Imron 5000 on steel parts only.

E. Hubs & Drums: 10 Stud (Hub Pilot) aluminum hubs. Outboard centrifuse drums.

F. Wheels: 10 Stud (Hub Pilot) 8.25 x 24.5 Steel Wheels
