Piping

Air Piping - Inlet at roadside front and rear equipped with 3" aluminum adaptor and cap. Aluminum Butterfly valve at roadside controls air flow to aeration manifold
Check Valves - (3) Flange mounted Bayco swing checks. One near air piping inlets and one at front hopper.
Aeration System - Cloth air pad, 22" outside diameter, 10 degree slope
Aeration Control Valve - Two 2" full port ball valve at each hopper, with one 2" brass swing check valve horizontal mounted on hopper.
Pressur Control Valve - 3" Aluminum butterfly valve located roadside to regulate air flow to dischage line.
Blow Down Line - 3" Steel line Sch 40 with (1) 3" steel disc and aluminum body butterfly valve on roadside bolted to 3" steel flange.
Top Air - 3" Steel line Sch 40 with steel disc and aluminum body butterfly valve tied into blow down line.
Product Valves - Ultraflow 5" butterfly type - curbside operation
Discharge Line - 4" Steel discharge to rear terminating at roadside in front of axle - curved to outside - aluminum adaptor and dust cap.
Fill Line - (2) 4" Sch 40 steel load and vent lines at rear - bumper height - aluminum adaptors and caps.
Pressure Gauges - (2) 0 - 30 PSI liquid filled mounted on frame in box with work lights.
Relief Valve - (3) Bayco 15 PSI mechanical relief valves, (1) on air line supply, (1) on top air supply, and (1) on crossover on curbside prior ball valve.
