CHASSIS:

Truss Framing: Carbon Steel, Front and Rear.

Undercarriage: Reyco 21B spring suspension, H.D. 9 -leaf (13,000 lb.) springs, 38" spring centers. 49" axle spacing and pressed steel spring hangers welded to frame rails.

Axles: Rockwell, 5" round with oil seals, 3-1/2" spindles, interchangeable inner and outer bearings, 71-1/2" track (96" nominal width), bolt on camshaft brackets and heavy axle nuts.

Brake Operating Parts: Pro-Par 16-1/2" x 7" x ¾" air actuated S-cam type with nylon camshaft bearings, Pro-par automatic slack adjusters with 5-1/2" long leavers, lube fittings and type 3030 Pro-par spring and service brake chambers.

Fenders: Aluminum double contour at rear,single contour at front, with steel supports welded to steel frame.

Bumper: Integral with chassis frame.

Stickers: Fruehauf stickers top front and rear with standard operating instruction and warning stickers.

Construction: Smooth carbon steel exterior with internal bar-type ring bracing.

Tank Relief Valves: One mounted in blowdown line.Set at 14.7 psi.

Toe Rails: Full length steel top toe rails,with weld-on brackets,rear aluminum bolt on gripstrut at ladder with hand rail..

Walkway: Adheasive backed pads applied between toe rails.

Ladder: Aluminum at extreme rear with top step.

Grab Handles: Integral with ladder.
